City Hypermarket follows the Exchange & Refund Policy set by the Kuwait Ministry of Commerce Law. The policy is as follows:
A City Hypermarket formal receipt should be provided for any refund or exchange within a maximum of 14 days of purchase.
All return /exchange items must be in their original packaging and must be unused, undamaged, and not expired. If there are any factory/procurement damages, the items will be dealt with by following the above policy.
Selected items such as perfumes, glasses, watches, and jewelry can be returned or exchanged within 24 hours, provided they are with their original tag and packaging.
Products with a production defect will be exchanged or refunded according to the above-mentioned policy.
By law, all fresh foods, frozen foods, bakery foods, baby foods, baby milk, newspapers, magazines, underwear, swimwear, and medicines are considered to be non-refundable and non-exchangeable items.
Any refund for items purchased online using the Credit Card Online Payment Method/KNET will be made by us in 7-10 business days.
The refund time for items purchased using the Online Payment Method will depend on the issuing bank.
Any garments and fashionwear may be exchanged within 5 days from the date of purchase. If there is no available stock for sizes, the money may be refunded in full.
If there are any transactions made by the customer directly with the consumers, with manufacturers, or any 3rd Party, City Hypermarket will not be held responsible in the future.
All returns, as per policy, will only be accepted in our City Hypermarket, Shuwaikh & Salmiya Branch.
