What started as a small industry became a leading company in the manufacturing of apple vinegar, grape vinegar, balsamic vinegar (Yamama is the first Lebanese manufacturer of this kind), grenadine molasses and syrups using the best raw materials and in accordance with international standards, product specifications, best manufacturing and hygiene practices.
